Fall 2022 Announcement

Hi everyone!

I have given this announcement a lot of thought & prayer, so thanks for your patience as I know I have been slower to respond than usual about this fall semester.

As many of you know, my life is split between quite a few different responsibilities.

Besides teaching music, I help to run Pinwheel Tutoring, play music at Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters, manage an Airbnb, & try to maintain relationships with friends, family & partners in our community through Garden 58. I have had extra administrative tasks on my plate this year as well as trying to remodel my house for a refi! All this to say, I have been worn a bit thin & I’m needing to cut back this fall semester.

Additionally, after teaching for 20 years & never raising my rate, I am raising my per-lesson rate to $20. This rate is still lower than almost anything you can find online or in person, so everyone is still getting a bargain!

This fall, I will only be teaching a 10-week semester for an upfront cost of $200.

The dates are September 12- November 18.

This is offered to returning students level 2 & above who have met a semester practice goal in the past.

All beginners before level 2 I am referring to Lauren Goins for piano & Matt Lindsley for guitar. I love teaching beginners, but this is the best way to make lessons possible for more people & provide opportunities for more caring & capable teachers!
